It's wonderful place. Yesterday I was there first time. I regret I was not there before. Soo delicious food and sooo nice people! Great job! Hope see you soon. This local is on my favourite list on my travelling tour.

I was just walking by and I got interested by the sight of a guy making the bread from dough. It has nothing to do with all those kebab places. It's authentic Turkish street food made by a passionate and generous owner. I got a starter and a main, they are surprisingly good!

They used to have a small take away on the other side of the street. Note they opened this place, with the danger great food, the same friendly welcome, the same great prices. We love the food. The soup is legendary!

Meet Aikout (not sure apt spelling !) and Unal ; 2 dynamic Turkish guys, very friendly, who opened their joint to 18 months ago in Troyes. Just a heads up ... IT'S NOT A KEBAB !! They serve typical Turkish sandwiches/pizza : dough freshly made and rolled in front of you, the freshest ingredients prepared day to day, and a mix of delicious spices ! Their star serving : the Lahmacun, being a thin crusted dough topped with finely minced beef, tomatoes, some paprika, topped by lettuce and parsley served on the side !! I ordered it spicy, and it was really tasty ! I also tried the cheese borek which was good but lacked a bit of flavour. The restaurant is small, so you may want to book in advance. Am really excited of going back there and trying the rest of the menu !!

Delicious food. The owner was lovely and very friendly. He gave us something to taste before we even decided to eat there. Don't think this is your average 'turkish' food. He makes the dough himself just after you order it, but it doesnt take long for you food to be ready! You should go here!!!
